return policies
and if
you can cancel an order.
5.
Check
delivery costs and check who will have to pay for any
items you need to return.
6. Check the
time the item will take
to be delivered.

terms and conditions – read them and make sure they are
fair.
8.
Print
out any order confirmation details.
9. Make sure you
uncheck any boxes,
which
allow your details to be given to other companies.
10. Shop
around – the website you visit first is rarely the
cheapest.
